At Count's Kustoms The Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your custom gear. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to our Las Vegas warehouse.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
